RSC is a monthly subscription where our stylists curate a mystery box of Sneaker goodness and deliver it to your doorstep. Nothing like a monthly gift of sneaker awesomeness delivered to you.

What does the membership cost?

Membership starts at $100 a month and varies according to your selected package, plus any applicable taxes and/or surcharges based on your location.

What do members receive?

According to your package members are guaranteed a pair of Sneakers and Sneaker Accessories

Is there a minimum commitment?

There is no additional commitment after the first month.

How do members cancel?

Members can email hello@retrosneakerclu.com or login to your account. For security reasons we can only process a cancellation once a member has contacted a customer service representative. Members can cancel at anytime, however to avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must occur before the 14th of the month.

Can members skip a month and if so, for how long?

Yes, Members can pause their membership for up to three months at a time by either reaching out to our Membership Experience team by email. You can also login to your account and skip a month ahead.

Do I get to choose which items are in my monthly package?

No, for each given month RSC members receive a package curated by our team based on style profile and the current season in mind.


When will my credit card be charged?

The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you click Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For each subsequent month, Members are charged on the 01st of the month.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and paypal.

Are there any additional charges?

Members are charged a shipping fee based on their location/package type. These surcharges do not include any applicable duties or tariffs levied outside of North America that Members may also be held responsible.

Can I return my items?

Unfortunately, returns on RSC packages are not allowed. However, size exchanges are also not allowed.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log on to your account and access this information in your member dashboard.

When can I expect to receive my monthly package?

All first time packages ship within 10 days of placing the order (Subject to size availability). From the 2nd month we follow a monthly shipping cycle, which charges your account on the 01st of the month and will be shipped every 4th week of the month.
